Two If By Sea (1996)

Part-time plasterer and sometime petty thief Frank O'Brien (Denis Leary) has been commissioned by his dimwit cousin to pull a simple job: just steal a valuable painting and deliver it to a buyer on an upscale New England island. Roz (Sandra Bullock), his had-it-to-here girlfriend who dreams of a more stable -- and law-abiding -- life, has made him vow that this is the last scam they'll ever be a part of.
