I havn`t laughed so hard and so much off a Hollywood movie in a loooooong time!

The last time was probably "Borat", but not even that movie gave me so much laughter as this one did.

Ben Stiller has directed this movie and written the screenplay with Ethan Cohen and Justin Thoreux.

It starts of with one fake commercial of "Booty Sweat" and 3 other fake trailers.

The laughter starts from the first seconds of the fake commercial and trailers and almoust to the end.

Steve Coogan plays the rookie director who is filming in Vietnam based on the book "Tropic Thunder" written by Nick Noltes character: Four Leaf Tayback.

His stars are Ben Stiller (Action Hero guy,Tugg Speedman) Kirk Lazarus (3 time award winner)(Robert Downey Jr.) Jeff Portnoy (Jack Black), star of the popular comedy franchise "The Fatties", multi-platinum hiphop-star-turned-entrepreneur-turned-actor Alpa Chino (Brandon T. Jackson) and first-timer Kevin Sandusky (Jay Baruchel).

Steve Coogan really can`t handle his primadona actors and his major shoot worth 4 million dollars is blown up (litterarly).

There are a couple of scenes in the movie that you will definetly recognise from war movies, such as "The Pluton" and "Saving Private Ryan".

If you read the interview with Ben in, I think it was either "Empire" or "Total Film", he says the he watched "alot of war movies". And it definetly shows in the movie. I for one love seeing comedies using scenes from other movies.

There are two cameo appearances in the movie: Matthew Mcconaughey and Tom Cruise.

Matthew playes Tugg Speedmans agent who constantly is asking and nagging about Ben having TiVo.

Seeing Matthews acting shows that he has more to offer then he regularly does, I would definetly like to see him doing more serius roles then just comedies.

Tom plays the Movie mogul: Less Grossman with a mouth that spews out so much curse words that you think he would explode.

He playes a such a hilarius character mooking hilariusly the hollywood buisness people the way people are in hollywood.

He may do crazy stuff but he is one hell of an actor.

Soon after the production begins the actors are thrown into the jungle where the director is gonna shoot his war movie in guerilla stile.

Not far away are the clumbsy pyro guy (who almoust made Merryl Strip blined once!) and Nick Nolte who has sett up several explosives somewhere in the jungle.

But it al begins in totall disaster (a hilarius one!) The Director accidently steps on a mine and blows himself up!

Tugg Speedman`s reaction to the explosion is freaking hilarius!

Such as putting the blown up head on his weapon and using it like a puppet!

He of al the actors thinks that it is all fake and they are still shooting the movie.

The explosion alerts a group of drug dealing soldiers and they are the once who the actor team has to battle.

Robert Downey Jr. Plays as the black guy (fake black guy) fantastically. Seeing Iron Man, shows what an excellent actor Robert is, playing in dramas, super heroes, and now an awesome

action comedy (playing al the previews things in a nut shell)!

Robert and Brandon has one of the most hilarius scenes, argumenting on how Kirk depicts how black people acts and talk.

The entire movie makes a perfect comedy on the fake glamorous hollywood world and racism and much more. Roberts fake chinese translation, Jack Black`s crazy cook addiction and Ben`s retard character "Simple Jack" makes this movie the funniest movie of the year and to me the funniest movie of al time!

There are many great comedies out there but "TROPIC THUNDER" is the best!

I`ll give it a 5 out of 5 Stars!
