I wanted to ask you guys when will you think when the movie comes out on D.V.D. I predict it will come out in the middle of October or October 15 or 10. I can tell when the D.V.D is about like when the products of the movie like toys and video games start popin up wen the movie is no longer in theaters and then two weeks latter the movie d.v.d commercial comes up telling wen is the date of the d.v.d
Well, @monkeyiron let's see, I believe TF3 will be released on home video DVD/Blu-ray around the 4th quarter of this year. And a word of advice, be careful about this thread, if you remember when @sean created a 'Pirates DVD release date' forum he got yelled at and scolded for creating such a useless thread, so be careful about what Transformers forum you create bud :)
@ghostman@Monkey-iron Well, it was 6 months ago, he made the forum what, 4 months before the release of the film? What'd you expect? No one sits around anticipating or guessing that. They just wait until it's announced. I'm just saying.
There exist four rulers in this world: Gods, Humans, Vampires and Werewolves. The Question is, who do you think is above the food chain?
@monkeyiron I think this will be okay, as long as you don't shove it down our throats and make us play a guessing game like Sean did :) @bawnian-dexeus love the avatar mate! I'm so excited for thursday night, seeing the dbl feature showing of parts 1 and 2 :)
@monkeyiron we could talk about special features, commentaries, collector's editions, store exclusives a whole bunch of varieties to give the studio an idea of what we want with our Transformers: Dark of the Moon blu-ray/DVD release. Talk about cover-art and trilogy box sets too!
@ghostman I'm sure everyone is entitled to make a forum thread like this, as long as the people giving that person their guess or answer, don't start bashing on the person who created the forum thread.
@sean I'm not bashing @monkeyiron, I was just warning him to be cautious of what other users might say. You created a forum about the DVD release of On Stranger Tides 4 months before the movie was actually in theaters. Which, was sorta unnecessary at that time. This forum is a good idea becuz we already know TF3 doesn't come out until October 18th (same day as Super 8 does) and we can discuss what we want to see on the home video release.
Well the D.V.D 2-DISC special edition cover art should be like me AVATAR pic and the Disc 1 special features should be like Director and Cast commentary, Previews o upcoming Paramount/DreamWorks movies. Disc 2 special features should have music videos like "Iridescent" and Paramore's "MONSTER"(their making the music video they post behind the scene pics on the blog and interviews of them admitting that the video is in production) the making of the movie. T.V. spots and theatrical previews of the movie, deleted scenes, Concept art of the robots and character bios
@monkeyiron I would love to get a 2-disc DVD that features the movie, director's commentary, and upcoming Paramount previews on disc 1. Disc 2 should feature a 'Making of/ Behind the Scenes' doc that is 95min long as well as the transformers bios like you mentioned, and concept art with about 15-30 minutes of deleted scenes.
The blu-ray release should be a DVD combo pack with digital copy and features 'exclusive' bonus features. Such as a 'Looking back on 4 years of Transformers' and an exclusive blu-ray interactive game too.
What they need to make is a limited edition Transformers trilogy box-set! It will contain all 3 movies on 6 discs set inside an Optimus Prime head set. Now, that would be cool!
@ghostman Lets not go there with that whole forum issue in the past, considering that, that was the past and this is now. Where did you get that information about Transformers: Dark of the Moon's "October 18th" blu ray and dvd release date ? That blu ray release date also happens to be Pirates of the Caribbean On Stranger Tides blu ray and dvd release date.
