The Women In Black is a truly authentic scary flick, that brings the thrills and chills and will jump you out of your seat Some of the scares are cheap and dumb. But in the end if your not having a fun time and scared out of your wits, Check your pulse!!!

Story: 4.5/5 - Arthur Kipps (Radcliffe) is young lawyer whose wife Stella (Sophie Stuckey) had died right after giving birth to their son. While facing money problems Arthur has been given the job to deal with the paperwork of Alice Drablow who owned the Eel Marsh along with her husband, son Nathaniel and sister Jennet Humfrye. When he arrives things are not as they seem, as all the townspeople seem to just ignore him and write him off as the "Grim" Reeper. Once there he befriends Sam Daily (Ciarán Hinds), a wealthy landowner. Once Arthur goes out to the Eel marsh alone, he begins to discover and the real truth behind this whole secret town. the old legend has it that The Women lost her son, and now is killing every child until maybe she finds her son Nathaniel once and for all. Arthur is seeings things that at the time are hard to believe, ghosts?, spirits?. One thing is for certain he can not leave until he uncovers the real truth to the "Women In Black" and needs to figure it out before its too late.
Story: 4.5/5 - The Story here is actually really good, not only does it have all the elements to make you pee your pants, but it actually has a unique story that actually had me intrigued and begging for more. Its really surprising to have a horror movie actually have a good story these days especially in this decade. But like i said the script is written in a way that can not even be describe. However it is based of the book of the same name. But still.. once you see the Women for the first time .. your gonna be hooked!. Acting: 4.5/5 - As far as acting goes bravo!. Im sure most of the hardcore fans of Harry Potter will love to see Radcliffe stepping outside of his Harry Potter persona. For a while there really is not much dialogue. But the film makes up for it, in scares. So if this is just the start of Radcliffe's "outside of HP" career i can not wait to see what he does next. There was also some great supporting work as well. But there really is not much to mention. This movie belongs to Radcliffe and he earns his rating here!. Directing:4.0/5 - Directed By James Watkins, he truly knows how to make a movie feel eerie and creepy and keeps us in suspense that builds up to the movies final moments which..needless to say your jaw will be dropping. But the cinematography is great, the set pieces were good. Nothing really to complain from here other than the fact, the movie had some scares that were ...well cheap!.
Overall: 4.0/5 - The Women In Black is a truly authentic scary flick, that brings the thrills and chills and will jump you out of your seat. Radcliffe has proved himself worthy outside of HP. Some of the scares are cheap and dumb. But in the end if your not having a fun time and scared out of your wits, than you might want to check your pulse. One of the Best Scary Movies in a while.. Don't Miss It. So after Devil Inside im sure there are people just power-hungry for the next best horror flick. And i don't blame them. The Women In Black has just that. Daniel Radcliffe ..i believe has the star power to being all his female fans to the theater to see this outing. But then there are going to be people too chicken to see it. But honestly, if you seriously can't handle it. This is not the movie you wanna test that with. Being honest. The Women In Black is SCARY!. There is no way around it. I felt like jolts of electricity were being pumped into me throughout the movie. But instead it was just a reminder of how much fun i was having. And weather we like it or not. Being scared out of our wits, well we like it!. But The Women in Black also sets another bar, that people of this generation need to understand that just because its PG13 does not mean it won't scare you to death.
