The Trigger Effect (2003)

When a power failure engulfs them, Matt and Annie find that their lives begin unraveling.

Their daughter is ill and needs medication. With the power and phone systems down, he can not get the medicine from the pharmacy and, instead, steals the medication. Lawlessness is the rule and Matt and Annie find that nothing in their comfortable urban existence has prepared them for this. More »
