The Strangers: Review By Red Camera Man

This is one of the scariest movies I've ever seen in 2008! I didn't see it in theaters, I only saw it on DVD. We rented this from Blockbuster and we watched it in the living room at night. IT GAVE ALL OF US THE CREEPS! Here's the story:

Scott Speedman and Liv Tyler (HOT CHICK!) are coming home after their friend's wedding party and they're living in their abandoned vacation home out in nowhere. Later around 1am, there was a knock on the door, and it was some unknown girl asking: "Is Riley here?"

"No," says one of them, and then the girl leaves the front door while the couple gave startled looks at each other.

Scott Speedman then goes to the store to buy more cigarettes and leaves Liv Tyler alone at the house. While she's standing there minding her own business in the middle of the room, there's already a masked man standing in the hallway behind her in the background, and while she's drinking a glass of water, she hears the front door close and notices that her cellphone is missing! Then another knock on the door came and she hears the same girl's voice: "Is Riley here?"

"You already came by here," says Liv Tyler.

"Are you sure?" The girl says.

Now getting scared, Liv uses her old home telephone to call Scott to know when he's coming home. She later hears scratching noises on the back door glass behind the curtains. While carrying a knife, she opens the curtains and already sees a masked man standing in front of the door, and he puts his hand on the glass while she is screaming to death. She closes the curtains and backs away, and even more knocks came at the front door and she noticed that it opened a brief! Liv tip-toed to the front door and looked through it's creak, and a masked girl's face appears right in front of her face and she slammed the door and locked it!

Liv hides in her room crying while she keeps hearing knocks on the door. She later hears someone coming down the hall and it was Scott. Relieved to see Scott, Liv continues crying and says to him: "There's someone out there!"

While trying to leave the house, they later see that their car is already on fire and the tires are flat! They're now trapped in their home! What are they going to do now that they're surrounded by three masked strangers?

ENDING SPOILER: It is now morning and the couple are now tied up while the three masked strangers stand in front of them. They later take off their masks, but it never showed their faces as they stabbed Scott and Liv through their chests a couple of times while they cried and screamed together. Later in the afternoon, two bike-riding kids appeared at the deserted house. One of them sees that Scott is dead, and one of them sees Liv with her eyes closed on the floor. That kid kneeled down and looked at her, but then (THIS PART MOSTLY FREAKED ME OUT!) she wakes up screaming and grasps the kids arm, and the credits started to roll! I get it, it says this movie is based on true events in real life!

THIS IS ONE CREEPY MOVIE FOR SOME OF YOU GUYS TO SEE, AND IT GAVE ME THE CREEPS TO SEE THAT A MASKED STRANGER IS RIGHT BEHIND YOU AND YOU SEE THAT THE STRANGER IS NOT THERE WHEN YOU TURN AROUND! I now have the DVD of "The Strangers" and I actually like to watch it a couple of times during the day! For those who haven't seen this yet, try not to get scared; and for those who are scared of this movie, be sure to lock your doors in case this does happen in real life!
