The Spiderwick Chronicles: Review By Moviejunkie4

I actually liked The Spiderwick Chronicles to my surprise. It was a fun, entertaining film. Yet it did have some very violent moments. There is a lot of talk about death and killing and I would say this film is not for kids younger than nine or ten. There are plenty of good heart warming moments in the film too. It has some good looking special effects and some good acting. With a good screenplay that manages to adapt the sucessfully adapt bestselling series of children's books and will keep parents interested without falling asleep.
