This was a entertaining movie that I liked.Though it uses cliche's like A workaholic man who spending more time at work then with his family learns his lesson at the end of the movie,and the other cliche that in every dog themed movie they use Baha Men hit single ''Who let the dogs out'' when a dog chases a cat.The special effects was crappy.The acting was excellent,the story line/plot was fast paced.The comedy at some points it was dry,but Tim Allen's doggy urges seem to make me laugh.The movie is not also a excellent family,but it lives up to the original ''The Shaggy Dog'' movie.
