The Last House on the Left qualifies as a B flick. Disappointing? Yes. Based upon the trailer I anticipated a true thriller. It is not. The acting is too good for a B flick (at least by Goldwyn, Dillahunt and Paxton), but the suspense and intensity are lacking. The trailer is actually better than the film because of the music. Maybe I would have enjoyed the film more had the music from the trailer been part of the score. Sadly, it was not....
