The Incredible Hulk: Synopsis
"The Incredible Hulk" kicks off an all-new, explosive and action-packed epic of one of the most popular superheroes of all time. In this new beginning, scientist Bruce Banner (Edward Norton) desperately hunts for a cure to the gamma radiation that poisoned his cells and unleashes the unbridled force of rage within him: The Hulk.
Living in the shadows--cut off from a life he knew and the woman he loves, Betty Ross (Liv Tyler)--Banner struggles to avoid the obsessive pursuit of his nemesis, General Thunderbolt Ross (William Hurt), and the military machinery that seeks to capture him and brutally exploit his power.
As all three grapple with the secrets that led to The Hulk's creation, they are confronted with a monstrous new adversary known as The Abomination (Tim Roth), whose destructive strength exceeds even The Hulk's own. There should be a 3rd in 2012 or 2013 because this one and te first sucked ass. There should just be a 3rd or a reboot if i was the director i'll go with 3rd in 2012 and reboot in 2014 . Just saying the first two just suckes ass.

way better then the the first try at a hulk movie way better but this movie seems like it was only made so they can say yes the hulk is in the same universe as iron man ok.
also the acting was kinda of weak at times but still a great movie.

That may be true; yet the major opinions out number your minor opinions. Leaving them, like a cry in the wilderness. Dynamic, explosive, action; beats a whimpering daddy hating Hulk and and it's anti-climactic ending....

Mr. Lee's Broke back Hulk was a Failing joke! Unworthy of the title Incredible! The reboot -The Incredible Hulk was way on the money as far as updates go. Who knows- The Abomination may mutate again and look more like the comic book version. Plus we all saw the birth of The Leader! With Bana or not; any Hulk will be better than Mr. Lee's sad joke!

I don't know, I liked both movies but I'm a huge Marvel fan so I'm biased for sure, just prefer Bana is all. I think Ruffalo will do good as Hulk in the Avengers since that's who they have chosen, I trust Whedon to make it work. I also think Evans will work as Cap but as you say, we shall see.

The first Hulk, contained the essence of the character from the comic books, the second one was way, way off base. I am not saying the first one was perfect but it captured the Hulk that I know, just go to the Arizona scene with the tanks and Helicopters, that is so like the Hulk. Look at the second one, the only great scene was with the sonic attack on the Hulk. The main villain, was pale in comparison to the comic book, if the Hulk uses a thunder clap just to put out a fire but not shatter all the windows in the facility as well as making everyone temporary deaf, the hulk on the ground like some sumo wrestler. IMHO, did not work for me, everyone has their tastes but the second was just not up to it for me.

I liked the first better than the second one. I am seriously concerned about the direction of Marvel films, the Avengers is not going to have Eric Bana nor Edward Norton, seems to be a long list of betrayed actors (Howard Terrance, Wesley Snipes). Can Marvel ever be trusted?

I liked this one but I also enjoyed the first film as well. Not sure exactly why people hate Ang Lee's version so much but I thought both were fun movies to watch and that's why I watch flicks in the first place.

This is The Incredible Hulk! The most faithful adaption yet! In the brief origin scene in the opening, it pays tribute to the TV show. Everything else is adapted from the comic book; which I read over a span of 40 yrs. That's a lot longer than some so called fan, who claims that:( The Hulk) was a better adaption.
