Well, you get to see the human centipede, that's for sure. But the movie doesn't dwell on the horrifying part. It's explained in detail so you know it's going to happen. That's really the worst part, the description. You will picture yourself being part of the centipede. Then the centipede is created & the part you don't want to think about happens and it's terrible. It was the right amount of awful but it could have been much worse. Luckily we don't see anything graphic. I was a little surprised that the doctor didn't do more research into what best to feed his centipede. Of course i don't plan on doing the research either.

As i was watching the movie I noticed how if they had an Italian character it would be World War 2 all over again. I found out later that the director was intentionally trying to make those allusions. It turns out I did not notice some other allusions. You can also watch the film on another level as there are scenes where the two friends who are in a nightmarish situation unable to speak, hold each other's hands for comfort. There are other scenes too where if you or the director had dwelled on them would have made the movie into an emotional horror movie.

Although I expected it to end like a SAW movie, it didn't, which made the ending great.

@bawnian-dexeus it's a pretty good movie! Word of mouth has made this film a shock mock fest- but anything as shocking as A Serbian Film will get a dollars worth from me!
