The happening is shocking in more ways than one. Shockingly bad acting,shockingly bad story,just shockingly bad. I laughed my way through this film which is the only reason I stayed awake. Boring, slow, and down right stupid. Please avoid this film. It's a shocker.

    I thought the acting was realy bad from everyone. I like Mark Wahlberg but his stupid accent annoyed the hell out of me. The part of the film when the woman puts her mobile phone(cell) on loud speaker so everyone can hear her daughter die was laughable.
