When I first saw the trailer I thought this looked really dumb...but then I saw the extremely high reviews on this site, and since that, re-watched the trailers. I still thought some parts looked dumb, but changed my mind on other parts. It was 5 bucks to see it, and at that good price I saw it. I'd like to thank all the people on this site, and in life, that I talked to about this movie. Because of you, I saw it and enjoyed it. I thought it'd be nasty, but thanks to you, I found really the only gay part was during the end credits. Oh God, was that gay, but the rest of the movie was very entertaining, funny, and surprisingly suspenseful.

Yes, suspenseful. They really don't tell you much of what happened "that night" until the end. Even then, it's just some pictures, not any videos or anything. Plus the story has high suspense, too.

The story was obvious by the trailer. Guys get drunk and don't remember anything from the previous night. But some of the trailers failed to show that one of their friends is missing! So they have to find him. I had no idea where he could be, so the film kept me guessing throughout. This is one of the best storylines ever, in my opinion, because if done differently, it could have been an action movie or drama. Plus it hasn't really been done before. Kinda, but not like this.

The actors they got are good, but mostly just those faces you've seen but don't know their name. We'll probably start seeing them in alot now. We are already seeing Bradley Cooper in movies like Midnight Meat Train and He's Just Not That Into You. But all are good at being funny and I think the film is a good start for them.

Todd Phillips is the director. I haven't heard of him, but that doesn't mean he hasn't directed anything or that he isn't good. But I thought he was just ok. I mean, I thought he overdid a few jokes here and there. Like how long was the fat guy with the beard going to do that to the poor baby? (people who've seen it-ya know). It was slightly funny the first few seconds, but got old quickly, mainly because the joke was bad to begin with. Then the part where the cop shows kids how to taze people. They showed that in the trailer too much and that scene was rather long. Overall, Todd Phillips did alright.

Surprisingly good visuals. Of course, the awesome, aerial shots of Las Vegas, but also good use of colors and makeup. Plus the film was very consistent with the little things, like a cut or a bruise, or a hospital band...ha ha.

Overall, there are some parts that were just stupid, but I still liked the movie. I had a hard time deciding if I should rate it at 3.5 or 4, so I just rounded up.

If I were you I wouldn't stay for the end credits. It doesn't really explain much of "the night". All it does is show a bunch of the sex pictures and the last few are disgusting, and if it was part of the movie itself, it probably would have dropped my overall score.

Thanks. And I almost did a Perfect Getaway, and Gi. Joe review, but I saw them so long ago, now, that I doubt the reviews would be decent. I saw this movie a long time ago, too, but I've had this review written down on a piece of paper since I saw it. But I lost it, thankfully I found it!

And yea.... Well, this review wasn't even on the first page anymore, so I had to do that. lol

You also should, since you told me you saw them, write your reviews on "A Perfect Getaway" and "G.I. Joe."
