The most under appreciated film of the year by far.

To start this review, yes I have seen the first film and yes I do think this is way too similar to the first film. But that's the only flaw I had with this movie. I was overwhelmed by this film. Sure there are some rehashed and rewritten jokes but they put a whole new spin on it. I honestly laughed more in this movie than I did in the original Hangover. Don't get me wrong the first film I thought was hysterical but I laughed way more in this film.

Now a lot of people complain that the situations are the same as what happened in Vegas, I can understand that but still, what did you expect them to go through old memories of the previous hangover, what did you think they would do go to zoo??? Come on I was expecting the same storyline because what more could they have done? You can't deny this movie has funny moments. When I left the theater, it hurt because I laughed so hard. Whenever I saw this it was with a big audience and everyone appreciated it for what it was. Everyone had a great time, why can't other people enjoy it for what it is.

Spoilers: A lot of people say that Stu getting a tattoo was similar to him loosing his tooth in the first film, but what was more similar was Teddy losing his finger. I found it more similar because it's a lost body part. And in the photos at the end, you see them remove it themselves. People are saying instead of a tiger, it's a monkey. But it's more as the baby in the first film, because it tags along with the wolf pack. But the monkey is hysterical. There is a plot line involving Paul Gyamatii. And I could tell by the instance that Teddy wasn't captured by them. It was so predictable because it was the same as Chow kidnapping Doug. I have to admit that yes, the end credits was the funniest part. I died laughing during the photos, everyone in the theater clapped not for the movie but the pictures.

The acting in this film is great, the cast has great on screen chemistry as usual. A lot of people complain that Alan was just a big *sshole to Teddy, he was only mean to him because he was jealous of him. You would have done the same thing to. He was only a douchebag to his parents. The new cast is great and Chow is back and better than ever.

There are no real "visuals" other than the "transvestite prostitutes". But it looked realistic, man that sounds wrong that I'm talking about a digitally animated penis. There is a chase scene involving the wolf-pack and three russian drug lords that was shot well.

Overall, I LOVED The Hangover: Part II. I'm buying it on Blu-Ray it gets funnier every time I watch it. I can understand why people hate but don't think of it as a perfect comedy or anything. People should just be aware of the same storyline and have a good time.
