With the Flash a major part of George Miller's Justice League movie, The Flash will feature Wally West and be set in the same universe as Justice League as a direct spin-off.

Created by writer Gardner Fox and artist Harry Lampert, The Flash has the ability to run and move extremely fast, use superhuman reflexes and violate certain laws of physics, like time travel.

    Its probably way too late, but Michael Rosenbaum would be perfect, he was chosen as the justice league voice, which already gives me confidence, he's funny, and would be great I think.
