As some of you who read these reviews have noticed that I have done a review a day for the last four days.I guess what I'm trying to accomplish through making these damn things is that I'm trying to condition myself to actually start writing the script and final draft of the story to the film I will be directing in late fall.So I'm trying to build some motivation up.Now that I've explained myself lets get to the point.Evil Dead is one of probably my favorite horror movie besides The Thing. The two things that attracted me to this film was that it was a cult classic and it's extremely low budget, which I have a fondness for in a lot of the movies I watch. When I first saw this movie I was "better living through chemistry" which heighten the experience I had watching the film.I was pretty much in awe after the first 20 minutes of the film.watching Ash's friends and sister turning into the living dead one after the other was pretty morbid if i say so myself, but that's what I love about this movie. But what he did to them once they turned into the living dead was even more morbid and horrific, it just keeps on getting better and better!Killing each one of them in the most blood splattering ways which intensified my experience even greater.I wont spoil anymore of the movie if you haven't seen it already, but everything was great about this film.Story was pretty original at the time besides Friday the 13th.Acting wasn't really the best, which contributes to it being a cult classic.I enjoyed the directing of Sam Raimi as I always do when it comes to his films, except Spider-Man 3 which is down right horrible. And last but not least visuals.Visuals is what makes Evil Dead what it is.The extremely gory deaths and use of claymation just makes this film.Overall I loved it, of course, and is another film that inspires me greatly because it goes to show that you don't need some extremely high budget, outstanding actors, and CGI/SFX to make a movie. That all you need is some creativity, dedication, and passion to make a great cult classic film.

Human Nature, huh. Any thoughts on when it'll be coming out? Do you have a script completed?

I saw this review May 24th. You said that you were writing a review a day. At the time of May 24th, you had 4 reviews. Iron Man, Indiana Jones 4, Evil Dead and somethin' elese. As of now June 7th, you still have only 4 reviews. I'm just wondering what's up. And please tell me the title of the movie you are making.

I totally agree. Evil Dead is nothing less than... great gory fun! One of my favorite horror movies too. I'd also like to know what movie you'll be making, so I can see it when it comes out, because obiously you have good taste.
