Seriously man what the hell was Klaatu ( Keanu Reeves) thinking while he did this movie.

This movie was terrible mostly in every angle you can think of . The cast was okay expected a lot from it. The performances were just average, be it either the main or supporting cast.

The movie was very dull.. It had no loose ends...

The film had bad direction. Scott Derrickson failed to deliver what he was going for with the remake. The movie starts when reeves, a mountaineer discovers a sphere & becomes an alien pursuing to save the world from humans? I still dont get it why would reeves become an alien & is chosen to represent the E.T

The scripts were not good either. David Scarpa & Edmund North did not write some good material. The only thing was the message being delivered that humans can change and make this world a better place. The message was good but it wasn't conveyed properly which makes this film a disaster.

Summing it Up..The film was not good...it will disappoint you.
