The Day the Earth Stood Still: Review By Pamela

I have to say that The Day the Earth Stood Still was really a major letdown. The special effects were phenomenal, but the story line just lacked that something special. Keanu Reeves was at his best acting ability, playing an alien wasn't really a stretch for him. I didn't think that they really needed Jaden Smith's character either, he seemed absolutely pointless. Overall I would say this movie was a big dud, which is ashame since the original was really cool.
