The Day the Earth Stood Still: Review By michaelsomain

I love the premise of the movie, it is something that the human civilization might have to deal with in the future. The special effects are great, a must see in an IMAX theater. But the movie shifted down to first gear in the middle though, they should have kept the action going! Toward the end they picked it back up for the climax, but I kinda felt like I was left hanging, maybe they are setting us up for a sequel. Good movie over all though, just don't set your expectations at a 10 and you will like it.
