Heath was going TO be great. i knew it going in, and yet he still managed to go even farther above my expectations which were already set very high. this definitely wasnt a kiddie movie! with the even that happened with rachel being proof. Heath was incredible! bale was amazing. he really has the characters down. aaron was great as twoface. the movies visuals were amazing as well. the greatest comic book film, the greatest batman and the greatest film of all time. the acting was great, visuals. everything. i can not wait for the sequel!

The music was astonishing! another great score from Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard. the movie was somehow still much higher than everyones expectations that were set in place from the clips, pictures, and promotions released in the film. and yet, they still managed to not only live up to the promotions, but exceed them.

All the characters were very well played. Bale really has both wayne and batman down. freeman as fox is just perfect. every role he touches is golden. caine as alfred. you can see the mentor relationship between him and bruce. rachel was very well played. aaron eckhart was fantastic as both harvey and twoface. heath, there arent enough words to describe the role you played. one of the strongest in hollywood history!!! rip

the story itself is great. nolan and his boys had everything well placed together. the awesome visuals, the sound effects, the music. everything. i have seen the film 11 times and it never gets old!!!

Goood review too, of course. Heath did a good job, he was such a freak in this movie. I recently rewatched it, and he was weirder than i remembered his character being. haha

The debates really got started with this story about Gary Oldman stating that the Joker won't need to be recast in Batman 3 cuz they'll have the Riddler. And Gary tried voraciously to get out of doing this movie for whatever reason it was, but couldn't cuz of his contract, so why he knows anything about Batman 3 was up in the air. Seeing as Nolan says he only takes these projects 1 at a time, and not 2 or so. Hence he either 1: hasn't started anything up for Batman 3, or 2: he's lying, and they've already got a script underway. Since there still is no reason for Gary to know that Riddler is in the movie, despite that he got a tip of the hat in "TDK" as a journalist for a certain news story, credited as having been written by one of his aliases of course, though I forgot to look on the 2 times I went.

If you want to read that story, then click on "The Dark Knight" and scroll down the "TDK Stories" section till you find the bit about Riddler. It was published on June 29th. It got 300+ comments in 2 days. Most of it was contributed by myself, VISIONARY, and Vampire 2000.

There was also a video of Two-Face released with him at the bar, but it only showed him from when you first see him walk on screen, so no full face shots. And out of that, a debate began about his role in "TDK" and I elaborated on how comic book Two-Face wouldn't be realistic enough or believable enough for "TDK." Hence why I gave it a 4.5. (reference my review if you want. it's still on my page).

"WATCHMAN" is right. I haven't seen you either. There were quite a few interesting debates in "TDK" related stories in the few weeks prior to the release.

And you've seen this 11 times? 11!? WOW! That's awesome, as it is pricey. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, just 4 months & 17 days until the DVD!!!!!!!!!!!
