One of the best translation of a comic book to cinema to date.

The Dark Knight, in my opinion, exemplifies what comic book cinema should be: dark, gritty, suspenseful, edgy, and above all else "out of this world." The film brings to the screen innovative, real life stunts and action sequences that gives movie goers a break from the now traditional CGI filled cinema. This allows the audience to not only enjoy great, authentic action, but extremely well crafted writing as well. With the exception of a few careless directing mistakes, The Dark Knight is everything its hyped up to be and much much more.
