if riddler is in this one, either jim carrey, collen ferral, or johnny depp should play as riddler, & i really dont think it tha joker should be back, but it would make tha joker look too weak so IDK!!

Jim Carrey, would be impossible to replace as the riddler, But as to the joker being recast, no way!
Heath Ledger's performance was awesome to say the least, maybe the joker should not return.

The Dark Knight was built around the darker, more fragile humanity of Batman. That is what made it resonate so well with fans. To make Batman comical at this point would be to kill the goose that laid the golden egg. Nolan is doing as close to perfect as he can right now so just let him keep doing it.
