1. The MPAA warning says "The Following Preview Has Been Approved For All Audiences." In April of 2009 they changed that to "The Following Preview Has Been Approved For Appropriate Audiences."
2. The WB/Legendary Pictures logos were ripped from a Clash of the Titans trailer. You can see that here on Movieweb (the 2nd trailer) at about the 0:36 mark.
3. The footage of the bats is taken from BBC's Life series, in particular the part about the world's largest gathering of fruit bats. You can see it for yourself on Youtube between the 0:55 and 1:02 mark.
4. When this trailer was originally put on the net, it was said to be seen before Green Lantern. Now, nothing has been confirmed, but it is widely believed that the actual trailer will not be released until part 2 of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
Just like The Dark Knight trailer that showed up on site in 2007 was fake, that one was just like this one, simple, batman logo being stripped away, no pictures, video, etc of the actors or scenes from the movie...that trailer at the time was released in Brazil, this could very well be real...unless you have proof its fake don't make assumptions...looks like a typical Nolan teaser.

I won't believe this is official until I see it on the DVD ... 18 months from now.
