It seems that for some reason, some of the users here on Movieweb have been stating something about Batman's suit in TDKR, well, to clear everything up I think it's safe to say he does indeed have a new suit design. It's only a slight variation in color and his chest plate/shoulder pads and neck design are re-designed.
This is going to piss off alot of people but what can you do, I was never a fan of The Dark Knight franchise bat suits at all. I know what you guys are thinking, would I prefer the bat nipple suit. No, but I still think Batman suit hasn't reached it's full potential just yet.

@ghostman - Of course not, I'm not crazy now. The suits are ok for Nolan's world, but watch when a new Batman movie comes out and he has on a new suit everybody is going to be saying what I'm saying now. The suits are ok, but I still think they can be better. Kind of like how everybody likes the classic Superman suit, but all agree that it can be better.

@ROFLitschristian@Number1Wolverine Come to think about it, it could just be the lighting for the cover shoot that makes it appear brown, but yeah, don't know why people complain about the suit when it's nearly the same version as it was in TDK. Although, i do love the bat symbol on the Begins suit more than the symbol on the TDKR suit.
@ROFLitschristian - Very true, it's not so noticeable @ghostman - I agree, the bat symbol did look better in beings. If we had that symbol, along with some more yellow in the armor detail it would be perfect for me.

the TDK suit always had that brownish color on the panels 'cause it's kevlar. The significant difference from the two suits is the shoulder and the TDKR belt doesn't have the chrome trim.
I rally love the Garth Ennis Batsuit from Batman: Arkham City and even more than that the Catwoman suit. i really wished Nolan had gone with the very slinky style outfit showcased in that game. But then again, the Nolan Batsuits have always been about functionality and that is something we get in spades in the TDK movies.
