The Curious Case of Benjamin Button: Review By Oli

I tried not to expect too much from this film since everyone was praising it and I didn't want to be let down. Well, thankfully, I was not. Yes, the film has it's flaws, but everything else makes up for it.

The visuals and cinematography are amazing. The acting is superb, especially Brad Pitt as the titular Benjamin Button and Taraji P. Henson as his foster mom. Don't get me wrong though, the rest of the cast is amazing also (Cate Blanchett, Tilda Swinton, Jason Flemyng).

Also, you have to give props to director David Fincher (Se7en, Fight Club, Zodiac). He has grown with each film, and has shown us why he is one of the best directors nowadays.

Aside from some minor quirks with the story, I really enjoyed this film. You should definitely check this out if you're in the mood for an unusual and superbly crafted film.
