@robwin007 If there's a machine involved he can use the web shooters to fight his villains with web bullets. It is a machine and he can use the shooters to do as he pleases and it actually makes more sense than webs generating from nothing.Later on in the spiderman story, he equips the web-shooters with a bracelet-like carousel that automatically rotates a new cartridge into position as he empties them(which is how it looks in the picture). One account described a single strand as stronger than piano wire and it is perhaps as strong as real spider silk he manufactures i dont see how the original material that is involved in all of the tv shows could ruin the movie. Its a good change because they want people to understand that they are telling the stories correctly. and come on if theres a 3D first person scene where he's falling out of the sky and panicing and you feel the suspense because he ran out of webbing when he was fighting the lizard. the web shooters are a good edition. so you are a computer scientist that knows everything about bilogy... A human would not physically be able to swing on the web that comes out of his hands, it would be too weak compared to his 150 pound body

@Littlebear I will wait; however, I hate those web shooters - they just do not make scientific sense --- yes I am a scientist, Computer Scientist and Mathematical Scientist - and the DNA Genetically Alteration should have provided him with the ability to manufacture webs..that is all I am saying - you may be correct the story may be great - however, that one oversight is going to freak me out of the theater of my home theater - regardless - it is going to freak me out.

@robwin007 What im getting at is YOU freaked out because its more like the books and the books are better than the old movies -not to mention how they ruined venom... but the books are GREAT. and you are going to eat your words when the movie comes out. i saw the leaked footage at comic con and i must say... the few minutes of the movie that i got to see were better than batman begins as far as super hero origin movies go. also they have already planned a sequel due to how awesome the first one already is.
