Laura-A-L I know you can think what ever you want and Im fine with that but Andrew Garfield is going to be great as Spiderman and Peter Parker he looks like Peter Parker from the Ultimate Spiderman comic I dont read comic but I seen the cover of one and it looks just like him. As much as I love the old Peter Parker Garfield is going to knock it out of the park. So how can you say it is going to be a disaster when the it has the right cast the right director and its a remake we all wanted a remake after the crap Spiderman 3 but you can think that I dont really care I have seen your comment a few times and I had to really think about what I was going to say so yeah. Anyway I think this movie is going to be the best Spiderman ever and I thnink Spiderman is going to be in The Avengers 2 if the make one because Peter Parker's Mom and Dad worked for Shiled and I think he will know that by the time this movie ends so I think that when The Avengers opens and we all know that there are going to make The Avengers 2 Spiderman will join because I did read one Avengers comic years ago and Spiderman was apart of that team.

I like Andrew Garfield as an actor dating back to Sugar Rush, but I don't think he's right for the role of spider man. And I don't care that he doesn't resemble Peter Jackson, that argument is just ridiculous to me. My main concern is... is he the right ACTOR for the part? I don't believe he is. Peter Jackson may have been light hearted and fun, but he was also mature and I don't think Andrew can really pull off mature-not really. I saw him in Red Riding, which was a great story but, that lead role was designed for someone a bit more mature or manly and Andrew didn't convince me of that. He was great, the boy can act but, he has a tendency to take on roles, that require him to be wise beyond his youth. Toby may not have looked the part but, at least he could act the part. He was convincing as Peter Jackson, I don't believe Andrew will deliver this picture. And Emma Stone? Should give everyone an idea of how bad this film is going to be. So before dissing Sam Raimi for his trilogy, just remember how much money his trilogy made. Sam was great, this new director? I will give an early props to the cinematographer, and the special effects guys for saving what will be a disaster. Andrew Garfield-this movie will not be your finest moment. Good luck brother, your career is going to need it. This movie will suck ass, just look at the list of actors signed on to be in this debacle: Denis Leary? sure he's great on his fx show Rescue me, but beyond that? crickets! Emma Stone? Her breakout movie that was deemed a hit by critics was over rated and not funny-at all. Sally Fields and Martin Sheen are the only bright lights in this disaster set for 2012. The film is directed by 500 Days Of Summer's Marc Webb another sh*tty film, I forced myself to sit through.
I must admit I didn't have high hopes for this over saturated nuclear wast dump, but I pride myself on being an optimist, so maybe Marc Webb will prove me wrong. Marc is narcissistic, he has to be in order to think that, he can reboot Spider Man so shortly after the last trilogy. I hope his ego proves him right.
