@donnie this would be an actual film, just done with Stop Motion, to me it would be befitted and greater. Gothic, dark, peculiar to the strengths of the material that it will use beneficially to the story and set design and era and vibe to the film, this is what the stop motion will allow, a peculiar and practically ancient method and way of films to be used and orchestrated in a new revised mad cap undeniably strung up benevolent unique way! As with Corpse Bride and many others their are piratically no limitations with what you can do with stop motion, the deformity the fantastical creature, back in the days of Adams it was loved but its dated and to watch them try and revive it now would fail and be unappreciated. So here stop motion also adds something to it, a style, an affection, make it more or less mystical and beautiful.

A stop-motion animated version WHY ?!? The 2 movies done back in the 90's was awesome & did good in the box office because of ADULTS ! Very few kids even know anything about The Addams Family , I really hope they change this to a actual movie !
