Terminator Salvation: Review By Davon's Movieweb

Lets face it, T2 is the best film out of the franchise. I'm not saying that this one was bad, but it beats T3. I have to admit I did get my wish and that wish was to see a Terminator film after judgment day. It was interesting to see John Connor working his way up the ranks. You get to see how it all started. I can't say that Christian Bale did a good or bad performance as the leader of the Resistance because my main concern was the action sences. I thought they were pretty decent but I felt that the movie was dragging along hoping to get a taste of the special effects. The plot of the film was interesting but not the best plot. We all know Marcus Wright, played by Sam worthington, was a terminator of some sort. As story goes towards the end you will get your answer to why he exist. I notice the audiance wasn't thrilled watching the movie but as things start to progress we all got a surprise near the end and started clapping. You know what I'm talking about. The T-800 with a famillar face. So, should you see this film? Yes, but don't expect it to be better than T2. This one stands alone from the other terminator films. Overall its a movie worth checking out.
