I think that Sucker Punch is without a doubt one of the most surprising and visually stunning original movies that you will see this year.

It's not based off of a comic book and video game which in itself is impressive in the current movie climate, and just remember no one liked, The Lost Boys or Office Space when they first came out and know they are cult hits.

That's my two cents.

Very good movie. you will love this movie if you like action, super cinematic effects, gorgeous special effects.

This is an action pack film. Marvelous background music.

I just now got the irony of the title of the film 'Sucker Punch'. To sucker punch by definition is an unexpected punch or blow. And thats exactly what this movie was. A movie marketed as a non stop fantasy action flick that was actually a non stop music video is one hell of a sucker punch to the general public. Kudos Mr. Snyder... kudos.

Horrible. Even the magnificent visuals were lost upon me due to the quickness and frenetic pacing of each shot. I seriously had to stop and rewind over an hour's worth of footage just to be able to fully comprehend what was going on. Took me 3 hours to watch a 2 hour movie. And don't even get me started on the number of montages backed by the most horrid choices of music imaginable. Overall, not an entire failure; but, still a failure.

A movie with very great action sequences and amazing visuals, but you are never sure why the action relates to anything else that goes on in the movie.

just saw an interview with Z.Snyder wherein he expressly communicated that he had intended the film to be PG-13 from the get go. i'm sure an unrated director's cut will still be awesome though, as Snyder's idea of PG-13 is probably light years away from the MPAA's.

the soon to be released director's cut will definitely make a huge difference than what the theatrical version failed to deliver. the theatrical version is PG-13 which the studio execs and the mpaa wanted. Snyder is a guy who goes for R and definitely the Director's Cut will give this movie the justice it deserves.

You just have to understand going in that this movie isn't about the story. It's entirely about the visuals and the soundtrack. Both aspects were a lot of fun... story was pretty rough, though.
