Star Trek: Review By sloog2

J.J. Abrams brings us the next generation of star trek films! For years, I have been so bored by all those films with William Shatner and leonard nimoy with like "Star Trek 9" and all those other films as well... but for me this movie was a joyful new spirit- a breath of dearly needed fresh air! And with the enthusiasm that we all know J.J. Abrams has always had in store... I knew this film would be excellent from the very first trailer rolled in my theater!

Now don't get me wrong- I DID enjoy Cloverfield it just wasn't "phenomenal"- for me, that might not be you! Plus, Abram's dreams for this film have been truely visionary in a newly complex way of story telling through special effects rather than just dialogue!

The acting is again top notch- with the casting being again perfect! Though I did walk in the theater thinking, "Eric bana for a villain?" but walked walked out thinking "Yeah! Eric bana as a badass villain!"

So- you think you're ready for non-stop thrills and awesome special effects with superior acting and an amazing story then I have only one question for you... "Will you invest in Star Fleet?"
