well at least parker didn't whine as much in this one and he actually fought the bad in the end. other than that it was no improvment from the sequel, which sucked horribly. why put in sandman and venom if you don't spend anytime on them. RETARDED!!!! basicly, this movie is a good way to pass by a couple of hours. comic book fans should be disappointed.
