'Spider-Man 3' Review By THE JOKER

This film lost its sp*ce from the first two films in the franchise...
  • Story
  • Acting
  • Directing
  • Visuals
The main villian everyone wanted to see and that was mainly advertised was not given the proper justice he deserved. I wanted more of venom and less of everything else. there are quite a few things i need to say about this film...

1. The Butler thing. wow what a stupid idea. i would have either killed or shot him if he was my buter. if he knew all that time that his father had killed himself, he should have said something rather than hid it frm Harry. Plus he was a character that was not present in the other films.

2. harry should have never made up with Spider-man. He should have kept fighting with him. That was a bullsh*t move.

3. Sandman was a reall p*ssy. And spider-man forgiving hiim and that crap. that was gay. man if that son of a bitch killed my father figure, i dnt care if it was on purpose or not, i would have killed him.

4. The biggest upset of them all.....VENOM!!! are you kidding me. he is Spider-man's joker and yu aren't going to put him in the movie any longer than the last ten minutes and have him get his ass whooped so very easily by spider-man. that was bullsh*t. Everyone wanted to see Venom in that movie. That is the villian they had on all the movie posters and everything. then they g and have two idiot p*ssy villians take over in the whole film? Sam, you really did a great job with the first two, what the hell hapened? If you come bcak for Spiderman 4, you better get your act together.

@mcleve02 Well, that was well-worded and i totally understand! so good point

@crypt@redcameraman My thing on that is that these stories came from somewhere... The are not their stories... So tell the source... I can understand small changes here and there to make it make sense in a movie aspect... but to completely change the story arc and personality of a major villain... that is a bit of a stretch for me...
Imagine if in The Dark Knight, The Joker never smiled, never told any Jokes, wore a blue suit, and didn't kill... Those are major things that you just know you should never change! And that was the same thing with Sandman... That is where I was coming from with that...

@crypt: I enjoy them as a movie alone too. I don't care whether a film stays true to a comic book or not really. I don't read comics and never will probably.

@mcleve02: I liked this movie though. I mostly prefer Sam Raimi's movies more than the new film.

@mcleve02 haha... see, i do not read comics, so i have an advantage. if the movie f*cks something up when trying to translate it from the comics, i cannot tell! so i enjoy it as a movie alone!

@the-movieghost dude, this is how we reviewed back in the day... This was the longest review for awhile believe it or not! I will do a better review on the blueray that will be a little bit more official soon enough... Just read my Napoleon Dynamite review if you want to see short!

But yeah I am definitely there with you.... this movie was f*cking stupid...

@mcleve02 Whoa, this is a shorter review than I've seen. I'm happy that there's AT LEAST one other person, that I know of, who thinks this movie is ass. Because it is. Spiderman 3 was ass bad.

@54729 Well hello there Nelson... ;)

@crypt My issue was he was not that way in the comics... They created a character in which, for me, was very difficult to connect to... They played the poorly placed sympathy card upon us and expected that to work... and that was not even remotely at all who Sandman was...

And don't worry he is still around... Talk to Nelson in our secret spot... that's who this is...

    @54729 I miss you homie!

@mcleve02 Dude, #3 I have a problem with. Sandman was the best character in this film. You really felt bad for him. I didnt feel it was gay at all! In fact, it was straight.

Anyways, I do agree with the rest of this review. And that part where Peter was under the influence of that alien goo sh*t was pretty gay.

I agree, Venom is the best. What was Sam thinking, unless there is some kind of remake, I've lost all hope for Venom in a film.
