Southland Tales is an ensemble piece set in the futuristic landscape of Los Angeles on July 4, 2008, as it stands on the brink of social, economic and environmental disaster. Boxer Santaros is an action star who's stricken with amnesia. His life intertwines with Krysta Now, an adult film star developing her own reality television project, and David Clark, a Hermosa Beach police officer who holds the key to a vast conspiracy.

    ok so is this like truman show meets ed tv? wait, i'm confused, how in the hell did they get such a stacked household name cast when i cant even understand the plot. god damn this new age bullsh*t.. i understood sphere but i cant understand this?? now i'm gonna have to go see it, probably twice..

    hmm don't know what to think of this...the rock n scott hv already worked together, welcome to the jungle was pretty good. also gellar, not seen her for yrs, and it has Miranda Richardson in it, creater of donnie darko, so should be good.
