DOG stands for Delta Omicron Gamma sorority, the sorority for girls who aren't pretty enough to make it into the other sororities. The DOG catcher is the man who sends the girls to DOG. When three male college seniors get kicked out of their frat house for being too rowdy, they take cover at DOG, dressing in drag, and come to realize how horribly they've treated girls throughout their lives.
