Saving Private Ryan: Review By Velvet

Entirely pulse-pounding. A drama in a memory of a WW2 phenonmenon no other film can capture.

This one hit me by surprise. Another heart-pounding performernace by Tom Hanks and an Oscar-worthy picture above all nominations. This classic is brought in with an ideal class of actors, including (Hanks), Damon, Pepper, Diesel, Giamatti, Sizemore, Burns, Ribisi, Danson, and Davies, all who can take the flick itself and give it to us as a real-life wartime scenario full of uncapatable action, explosive sequences, dramatizing-realistic war themes, and an unbeatable story behind the saving of private ryan. Tom Hanks enthralls viewers yet again, and Matt Damon shows the real side of acting, old and young, in front of thousands of war mongers and Nazi haters and soldiers in memorium. This is by far one of the most amazing World War 2 installments created of all war movies, even beting Midway, but tieing with Eastwood's "Letters from Iwo Jima". This is a drama/action pacer not to miss, landing in Hank's and Speilberg's tops on the lists.
