"Rush Hour" is the rush that started it all. For some of you you hate the series, I laugh my ass off towards it. A martial arts-action-comedy is what this world needs more of! The best Brett Ratner film i think.

"Rush Hour" is all about getting the money, a man named Juntao (Ken Leung, "Inside Man") taking The Chinese Council Han's (Tzi Ma) daughter. So he now wants money for her. But detective James Carter (Chris Tucker, "Money Talks") and Chief Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) try and stop him and save Council Han's daughter. I thought the story as a realistic one, taking someone hostae and wants money fro her, I thought storys like those are better, it's been used many times but still is a good story, they tist it though, they get a slcking LAPD cop and an Inspector from China to save the hostage. It's what I call a more supierior kind of story I like it better like that, more because they twisted it though.

The actors Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan in amovie together is something I would always want to see. A funny actor with a master of Martial arts in one movie together, i would not miss that. But the acting did have some problems, the little girl who was the hostage was not good at acting, but she's a little girl, but great loveable acting and comedy. This is acually a Brett Ratner film worth watching, he put in the right actors in this film, Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan mke a great team for an action comedy film!

This is the best Brett Ratner film so far, I don't like Brett Ratner but I love the "Rush Hour" series. He use to be an actor but he went to directing, nobody wanted him to act so i guess he's making movies now. He also made most of Chris Tucker movies, about 4 out of 12 of his movies ave been Brett Ratner's directing. This is an Brett Ratner film you can acually watch, it may had have some problems but was still great in a lot of ways. The lines he made "Rush Hour" They were Hilarious.

The visuas were pretty real, gun shots. almost everything, though sometimes the camera would be a little dark, great visuals for a great movie. Great timing for everything, it was alright everything, it had explosins, gun fire, and action sequences, awesome ones.

I thought this film as to have hilarious comedy, a real comedic mind from Brett Ratner on this film, he put his best thoughts in to this one. His films nobody liked, but this one is definetly likeable. A real thrill ride from start to finish on this one, action and a little adventure with comedy along the way.

A definet top 50 awesome films of all time for me, a film to see, 20 times for me. Loveable, laughable, and great amazing action sequences. This film will make you love comedies as well as action. A tue masterpiece for me, Brett Ratner does a good job on this one.

So yes, a must see film. A movie to buy, but definetly one to see, many many more times, you'll have some funny times with this one. ;)
