Rowdy Rathore: Review By Acyuta_dude

I am from Andhra Pradesh and I've seen the original 'Ravi Teja's' -'Vikramarkudu' film. It was Excellent in every sense and it instantly became my favorite. And then came the kannada version of the film "Veera madakari' which was not upto the margin of the original. And then the tamil version which was good. And when i've heard that a hindi remake is on the way, i had my doubts.

First of all, i was not a so-big fan of Akshay kumar. From the past 7 years, he had been doing ONLY comedy movies, and i hated that. I was waiting for something DABANGG to happen. And it happened. 'Rowdy Rathore' even surpassed my expectations. It is on par with the original, with some sequences even better than it. I liked it even better than 'Dabangg(Salman Khan)' and 'Singham(Ajay Devgan)'.

Akshay Kumar's acting was EXCELLENT. His dialogue deliver, Body language and style, everything looked absolutely superb. This marks the return of the KHILADI back to both action as well as Stardom. Sonakshi sinha's acting was not so great.

But the only MINUS point is the direction of Prabhudeva. Every scene was a ditto from the original. There was literally no change done to the script nor the direction and flow of the movie. He could have improvised the cinematography.

Songs were great. Dhadhang dhannd, Chintata chita chita, Preetam pyare were the best from the album. And Akshay Kumar showed excellent improvement in dancing.

Overall, this film is what we expected from Akki- action, comedy and suspense. Sallu, SRK, Aamir and hritik- mind it(and don't dare angry him)- Akki is back.

Should cross 150crore and will easily become a blockbuster.
