Quid Pro Quo: Synopsis

A contemporary psychological thriller set in New York City, centered around Isaac (Nick Stahl), a popular public radio reporter who receives an anonymous tip about a possible crime at a local hospital. His investigation leads him to a dangerous sub-culture of disability "wannabes," at the center of which is Fiona (Vera Farmiga), a beguiling woman with a secret. But will it expose the truth of this dark underworld, or lead him to the truth of a more personal mystery -- buried deep in his own traumatic past?
