What I loved about it was it's historical accuracy of the life of John Dillinger between 1933 and 1934. The movie plays out as a sort of Robin Hood tale; a man considered as a criminal steals and gives back to the people while the police try their best to take him down. Christian Bale gives a performance that we haven't seen since The Dark Knight, and Johnny Depp leaped out as a criminal that everyone can love.
The way the movie was filmed gave it that feel of the 30s. I would have loved to see the movie in black and white.
I give the movie 5 stars, and it deserves nothing less. I consider this movie Oscar worthy.

For anyone who reads my review, I'm not saying it needs to be an Oscar winner, but just to be nominated, or recognized, or something along that line.
