Public Enemies: Review By Macama

Before I begin I would like to note that in the third paragraph of this review a spoiler to the end is metioned.I dont usually put spoilers in my review but in order to tell you the thing I dont like about this movie I have to mention a spoiler.

The film's plot is basically about a man named John Dillinger and his gang who are notourious bank robbers.What would soon to be the FBI begins to hunt down Dillinger and his gang.Its simple I know.

The only thing about the story I have a problem with is(SPOILER ALERT!!!!SKIP TO 4TH PARAGRAPH IF YOU MUST!!!!!)After John is shot outside the movie theater they say his last words were"Bye Bye Black Bird.Well the person I was with wondered if that was really his last words.So I Googled it and it said his last words were You Got Me.That would hav been a MUCH better ending.They should have had him say that and the screen go blank.The End.But they tried to make it a love story for the ladys.

Acting was phenomenol(with the exception of Christian Bale who was ok)

I didnt mind the directing in digital but for some reason it hurt my eyes in some moments.

Visuals just helped the story bring you into the 30s.

Overall it is a fantastic Cat and Mouse film and will definetly be on my Christmas list.
