-"Marley And Me", anyone? It might've been off-screen, but it happened a couple of times and you could hear some of it" (If it's off screen, it doesn't count as being 'sexual' and about We are Marshall with it's language, same goes for We Bought a Zoo their is at least three uses of the word sh*t and one use of bullsh*t. MPAA just rated it PG for "brief scenes of strong language" had their been none of that We Bought a Zoo would be G)
-"PG-13 rated movies can have as much as three uses of f*ck(King Of California), and the term "motherf*cker" can only be used once, if any. They can say *sshole as much as they like, and sexual dialogue and references are plentiful in a lot of PG-13 rated flicks." (Completely agree although, what movie are you watching that has sexual humor and is rated PG-13?)
-"I can picture "Jaws" being PG-13, but R-rated? I think that's going a little too far." (Have you seen Jaws? It contains female nudity, alcohol and drug use, strong language, bloody scenes including a leg amputation so it would be borderline PG-13/R)
-"What R-rated movies have you been watching? No offense, but R-rated movies can include as many swear words as they'd like, and the violence has to be graphically extreme to receive an NC-17 rating".
I said 'more than three', they could say f*ck a hundred times in the movie and it'll be rated R they might only use it 6 times and it will rated R. About the violence/gore again, have you seen any of the Saw films?! All of those (except for Saw II) were given an NC-17 movie rating when submitted to the MPAA. Saw III and 3D(VII) had to submit 8 different cuts just to get an R rating.
Everything else about "kiss of death" NC-17 is completely true and i agree with you on that.
@ghostman -- "(If it's off screen, it doesn't count as being 'sexual'" -- Who says? Well, "Little Fockers", "Meet The Parents", "Date Night", and "Dinner For Schmucks" would be some good examples. I don't remember any strong language in "Jaws"(the S word barely counts), and wasn't the nudity from behind or barely visible underwater? Regardless, we have "Titanic". Besides that, I've seen all of those in PG-13 rated movies.
I haven't, but I heard about that. I was about to mention "over-the-top" horror movies into the bunch, but "Hatchet" and "Hatchet 2" were the only ones who came to mind.

@jayaottley -- Some of them look very similar to the frames I've seen before, but their sweet shots, regardless.

Before Prometheus, check out the Alien Series Companion, an iPhone/iPad app for the Alien franchise. It's available on the App Store, just search for "prometheus" and scroll down.
@jayaottley -- So. F*cking. Sweet. Thanks for the @mention, man.
