It seems like Prometheus will be getting a test screening sooner than anyone thought. According to gofobo.com, the screening will take place on February 29th, 2012 in Santa Rosa, California. Not exactly sure how you get to attend the screening for it, but I think you need to be a member of the site.
@ROFLitschristian Same here, both of us being in FL, plane tickets cost too much anyways :/
@SherlockHolmes2009@bawnian-dexeus Gotta admit, it would be sweet to see a movie 4 months in advance, and basically from what I read, you're shown a "rough cut" that's somewhere between 2-3 hours long with uneditied sound and/or unfinished visual effects; after the screening is finished, the audience is asked questions about what they liked/didn't liked about the film.
@ROFLitschristian Me niether, but i can gurantee you that someone will post a review and give out spoilers for the movie after they see the preview, same thing happened with Scream 4, people who went to see the private screening blogged about it and they had to re-shoot the ending so it wouldn't be spoiled.
@bawnian-dexeus Are you saying you saw a special advanced screening of The Adjustment Bureau? That's cool!
@ghostman Your right it would be fantastic to see a hihly anticipated film 4 months in advance, despite it being a rough cut. I live in Maryland so itll be kinda hard to get out there

Seems like we all live on the East Coast and none of us are anywhere close near Cali which can only mean one thing: MovieWeb Road Trip 2012!!
