I must say, I never saw this movie when it came out in theaters because of being very skeptical. I wasn't a huge fan of James Franco, other than his performances in Spider-Man & Flyboys. I didn't think much of Seth Rogen, he I never gave a crap for and had always just been not that funny, it always seemed that he was trying to hard to be honest.

Despite my neutral respect for the actors and the overall story, I wasn't going to really give this movie that much expectation, which now knowing that was the key! Although my expectations weren't high, I love this film! I watched it a couple of days ago on Crackle.com on my PS3 one day when I had nothing else to do. There were so many great moments in this film that had me balling the whole time, Seth Rogen & James Franco had totally blown me away as actors. Seth Rogen was actually funny; now that something hard to admit, whereas James Franco was able to transition into a comedy/pot movie as if he was a natural.

What I did not expect though, was the huge amounts of blood, guns, violence in this film. There's a good reason it got a rating of R, this movie definitely is off the charts in some cases. Though this doesn't affect the movie in any way, I was very surprised by the explicit scenes of this film. Overall, I think everyone should at least see this film once; seriously, I recommend this to anyone who needs a good laugh, this is it!
