Great tension. Weak scripting.

*Review in Brief

Orphan definitely deserves credit for tension. And the performance by Isabelle Fuhrman as the title character is bone-chilling. However, the film is unsettling. Not that I have not seen tons of unsettling pictures. But the movie really pushes the envelope maliciously in depicting the endangerment of kids. Plus the big twist ending still has me laughing.
