My Sister's Keeper: Review By SCREENWRITER

Hello Moviweb. I haven't been on this site for over a month and a half and I apoligize. My computer broke on me so I had no way of writing a review. I am now using a friends computer so I still can't promise any reviews coming up anytime soon unless I decide to write another after this one. I hope to get a new computer soon. Thanks.

MY SISTER'S KEEPER:

What is the greatness of MY SISTER'S KEEPER? Is there a great to it? No. I found this summer chick-flick to be very dull and too plain. This film was directed by the director of THE NOTEBOOK so I actually expected this movie to be pretty good...but in all and all it was just an okay movie that killed an hour and forty minutes. But, me being a guy that could explain why I didn't like this either. I do think people should skip this on the big screen though and wait for the DVD if your truly interested. The acting was fine, the movie stars Abrigal Breslin [Hollywood's new favorite Child Star] and Alec Baldwin. The movie has some big names but it still doesn't flow too much for me. The direction was dark and a little shaky at times. Not a visual type movie and the story was too plain for me and the sadness of the film just didn't make me fall for it. I'm sorry to the fans of this but this film didn't rock my boat. I don't entirely say skip this [i'd rent it]. Just don't see it on the big screen.
