Tank (Dane Cook) has a wonderful job - he ask girls for dates, turn this evenings into horror so they come back to their ex-boyfriends and he gets paid for that. But once Tank's best friend, Dustin (Jason Biggs), asks him for help as well: Alexis (Kate Hudson) doesn't come back to him though and falls in love with Tank instead.
Dane Cook usually appears in romantic comedies not in a best way - as a loser or as a bad guy. Here, he's not just bad, he's horrible but that's exactly the reason to love him. He has done great job and you just can't love him in this role: he's as bad a you can only imagine.
Jason Biggs plays Dustin, who's very much like Dan (Over Her Dead Body Movie) or Anderson (Wedding Daze Movie), so looks like he kind of get used to loser's-role. Nevertheless, he's good enough here too.
Kate Hudson is almost as good as possible right from the start but only for few minutes, then she's just okay and the whole movie goes like that - good/just okay...
And another character I just can't forget - Tank's father (Alec Baldwin). Unbelievable bad, even worst than Tank himself but it's definitely one of the best works Alec Baldwin has ever done.
I'm not mentioning jokes - there are too many, appearing everywhere and from almost everyone. And maybe it's not a great movie but it's an amazing comedy - one of the best so far for sure: not that stupid like Forgetting Sarah Marshall but also not so glamorous like Legally Blonde.
