Equally as ridiculous as it is funny, you know going in whether or not you'll enjoy this movie. Fans of Rowan Atkinson and Mr. Bean will likely enjoy it, while non-fans likely won't. I personally get a kick out of his mannerisms and execution, even if the situations often miss the mark.
