Money Talks (1997)

A jailbreak accidentally sets fast-talking petty con-artist Franklin Hatchet (Chris Tucker) on the run under suspicion of murder. now the whole city is on his trail and the only person who can help him clear his name is television reporter James Russell (Charlie Sheen).
