after seeing that last episode of smallville ,i agree, welling would've been perfect for sure. For those of you that haven't seen the final part of that show,you fans of the c. reeve movies will feel chills when welling finally puts on the suit. He definetly was better than that last soupy dupe sequel (the return of superman). if sutherland can be in a 24 movie why not tom welling !
Costner, really? Look DC (Time/Warner) - Put out a JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA film and stop trying to reboot Superman. You'll never get it right just like you eternally failed on the Batman films.
if they make a bunch of changes and have people who have no business playing the roles for superman and crew, and have a half ass script this movie flop just like green latern plz mr snyder don't kill this movie do ur reaseach on superman analogue and make a better movie then last super man i mean come on super man has a kid?!?!?! and what else does he owe child support? make a good movie

@Reggie-Stalling Well, the longer they have the time to make the movie, then the less likely they will screw it up in any way. So, i'm okay with it, again meaning the 2 year wait.
DONT CHANGE THE COSTUME. THAT MEANS BIG 'S' ON THE CHEST AND NOT LIKE BRYAN SINGER'S ADAPTATION. KEEP THE ORIGINAL COSTUME. ALSO A GOOD OPTION FOR THE ROLE OF LEX LUTHOR WOULD BE MARK STRONG, ALWAYS DOES A GOOD JOB OF BEING A VILLAIN.

What do you guys think about Liam Neeson playing Jor-El? He's got blue eyes, he's got the memorable and awesome voice. He's tall, yet not as built as Cavill will be, but I think he'd nail the role. What do you guys think?
